This comprehensive training program is designed to guide students through ten modules using a combination of DVDs and textbooks. Here’s how it works:
- Watch the DVDs: Each module includes an action-packed DVD that covers essential electrician training topics. Students will watch these DVDs to grasp the concepts.
- Study the Textbook: After viewing the DVD, students will open the accompanying textbook to read in-depth about the same subject covered in the DVD.
- Take the Exam: Once ready, students will complete a 3-part exam based on the module. The exam can be submitted by mail, fax, or email to the training facility for personal grading.
- Advance to the Next Module: If the student passes the exam, they can move on to the next module. If not, personalized help will be provided to address any weaknesses. After additional study, a second exam must be passed to advance.
- Constantly Updated Exams: The exams are regularly updated, so each student will face different questions on the same module. All exams are coded with a date and unique number for tracking.
This system ensures thorough learning and progress at a pace suitable to each student, with direct support if needed.
